Grupo BC acquires Gesti S.A.S., a Colombian company specialized in judicial collection services, through Cibergestión.

Grupo BC acquired 100% of the capital stock of Gesti SAS. The acquisition of Gesti SAS is part of Spanish Grupo BC's objective to continue its growth process in Latin America and the international expansion of the collection services business.
