Pride Capital Partners invests in Archipel Academy to realise the acquisition of Edubookers

Archipel Academy has raised a growth investment from Pride Capital Partners and is taking over the booking platform for training Edubookers. The growth investment supports Archipel in its (international) growth strategy and directly results in the acquisition of Edubookers. With this acquisition, Archipel Academy strengthens its market position in the corporate learning market. In addition, Archipel Academy is addressing a new customer segment: the training market for collective labour agreements. BDO M&A and BDO Legal have assisted the shareholders of Archipel Academy in the acquisition of Edubookers and the growth investment by Pride Capital Partners.
