Sale of People 2.0 to TPG Capital

BDO US FDD team led by Patrick Donoghue and Will Borden advised People 2.0, a CIP Capital portfolio company on their sale to TPG Growth. People 2.0 is a leading global enabler of workforce mobility, providing EOR/AOR payroll services and worker deployment services. People 2.0 has a global workforce that serves over 4,000 customers across NA, EMEA and APAC. CIP acquired People 2.0 in 2018, with Will and Pat leading the original buy-side due diligence as well as one domestic and four international financial due diligence processes. JPM served as the financial advisor to TPG and Baird represented People 2.0.
