IAASB publishes video on its draft sustainability assurance standard (ISSA 5000)
The International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) recently issued an exposure draft for the ISSA 5000, General Requirements for Sustainability Assurance Engagements. When approved, ISSA 5000 will be the most comprehensive sustainability assurance standard available to all assurance practitioners across the globe.
The IAASB has now released an explainer video on the high-level details of its draft sustainability assurance standard (ISSA 5000).
The exposure draft is open for consultation until 1 December 2023.
