India’s Central Bank publishes draft disclosure framework on Climate-related Financial Risks
India’s Central Bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has published a draft disclosure framework on climate-related financial risks for banks. The framework will require entities in its scope to disclose information about their climate-related financial risks and opportunities.
The framework will be applicable in a phased manner from FY 2025-26.
