The International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) of the IFRS Foundation has opened permanent Montreal office, celebrating progress and collaboration with Canadian stakeholders.
Officials and partners across the public and private sectors in Canada met for the event dedicated to the office opening. The aim of the gathering was to celebrate the ISSB’s work in developing a global baseline of sustainability disclosure standards with the purpose to better inform decision-making in the world’s capital markets.
